Stupendous Tremendous is one of those kids that you see in London at the coolest places always looking incredible. A smile on his face and with a positive approach. But behind this charm is a serious creative.
When we heard he was producing a short film, we became intrigued with this 'art kid'
Did he just look art, or was he hiding a creative talent?
Having studied graphic design at London Metropolitan, ST collaborated with Paul aka Rokk. The pair have known each other for several years and worked creatively together before.
For this project, Paul produced the music; As he was editing the film, he made new music as opposed to using material he already had from his DJ background. This certainly keeps this new body of work fresh and fluid.
"Wanting to have a bit of a kick drum club element somewhere in the sound, as that's something that is a part of the mine and Paul's cultural and social vibe, from meeting on the club scene. The rest of the team involved were friends over the years and from the same social back ground. Having worked on the project solo for quite a while, I knew that I wanted Paul to shoot the film. I always liked how Paul would add elements to the work we have done together, items I would never have thought that were almost off key, but totally right! He has a great eye and great ideas"
Now this project is finished, ST is working on a new piece with photographer Antonio Putini who he met at the studio whilst shooting the video.
With ST's new idea to create a film with a stronger fashion influence, we are sure it will cross over extremely well with his natural artistic flair and his graphic background.
